Gold Wash Plant
The AGWP-308 model is equipped with a double trommel screen. Secondary classification according to size is car-ried out inside the
trommel. Therefore, it is very efficient classification and the net does not get clogged. It works perfectly in all climatic conditions.
The large-sized gold wash plant has a capacity of 500 tons per hour. Equipped with a 8-inch water pump, a powerful shower is possi-ble. The trommel screen and water pump operate simultaneously using the proven KIRLOSKAR Company diesel engine. It is designed with user convenience in mind, using durable components made with excellent Korean technology. All products can be changed when manufactured with motors. However, we prefer the engine-driven system. They consume less fuel than diesel generators and do a lot of work with one power source.

A system that drives all devices with one diesel engine.
Equipped with a diesel engine from KIRLOSKAR Company, it operates the trommel screen and water pump with a power of 160ps. It is economical as consumes less fuel than a generator with one engine.

AGWP-308, having double Trommel Screen structure, shows good performance in raw-material input capacity, whatever the viscos-ity of inputting raw materials is. High-strength steel chassis of Trommel Screen protect it from the possible damages by in-putting of big-sized ore. Optional: Install mud crushing device in-side the
trommel screen.
Hopper (feeder) with high strength frame.
A hopper with a large opening through the trommel can minimize input interference of raw materials. The hopper is 3,500 mm wide and can be unloaded via dumper or loader equipment. Customers can choose the appropriate heavy lifting equipment such as excavators, loaders and dump trucks according to the individual working envi ronment on site.

AGWP-103E is small and can be used in many mobile sites. Gold mining work does not require a lot of equipment and manpower. As a small gold equipment, it is also used for sampling.
With its small size and small capacity, AGWP-103E is suitable for the site requiring frequent migration and installation.
